1, single chain cold bed
The single chain cold bed uses a climbing structure. The cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and a fixed track with a transmission system. 2, double chain cooling bed
The double chain cooling bed consists of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain. Each of the positive and negative chains has a transmission system. The double-chain cold bed uses the thrust of the forward chain puller to move the steel pipe forward, and the friction of the reverse chain causes the steel pipe to continuously rotate. 3, the new chain cooling bed

The uphill section is a double-stranded structure consisting of a forward transport chain and a reverse transport chain. The positive and negative joint movements cause the steel pipe to continuously rotate and perform mountain climbing. The downhill portion is a single-chain structure in which the forward transmission chain and the spiral steel pipe guide are arranged in parallel, and are rotated by their own weight to perform the landslide motion.
4, stepped cooling bed
The surface of the stepped cooling bed consists of two sets of racks, one set on the fixed beam, called the static frame, and the other set on the moving beam, called the moving frame. When the mechanism is actuated, the moving frame is lifted to raise the steel pipe, and since the spiral steel pipe has an inclined angle, the steel pipe rolls once along the tooth shape when being lifted. After the moving gear is raised to the high position, the stepping mechanism moves the moving rack to a step of the cooling bed output direction. The lifting mechanism continues to move, the moving frame descends, and the steel tube is placed in the fixed rack tooth slot. The steel pipe rolls again along the tooth profile of the fixed rack, and then moves the rack back to the initial position to complete the work cycle.
5, spiral cooling bed
The screw cooling consists of a main drive, a screw and a fixed cooling stand. The screw comprises a screw core and a screw. The working surface of the fixed cooling gantry is higher than the spiral core, lower than the spiral shape, and the weight of the steel pipe body is borne by the fixed cooling gantry. The main drive drives the screw to rotate synchronously, and the spiral steel pipe on the screw rolls forward on the fixed cooling stand for cooling.
