Inspection of Pipe Fittings for Oil and Gas Transportation

1. Appearance inspection: Check the pipe joints for obvious cracks, corrosion, deformation, wear or other defects that may affect their performance.


2. Pressure test: Test the pipe joint under the specified pressure to verify whether it can withstand the expected working pressure.


3. Leak detection: Use special instruments to perform leak detection on pipe joints to ensure that there is no liquid or gas leakage.


4. Material testing: If the pipe joint is made of a special material, such as stainless steel, it may need to be tested for chemical and mechanical properties.
