TUBULAR CLEANING

Internal surface is cleaned by using high performance air compressor to remove mill scales and rusty inside the pipe. For Heavy Rusty on Internal surface, it will be removed by using special rotating tool connect with motor run inside the pipe to eliminate the rust on pipe ID surface.

External surface rusty is removed by sandpaper, in special case the hi-speed circular wire motor is used to clear the rust.

TUBULAR COATING

Internal coating with oil or customer required coating to prevent the corrosion on the internal surface.

External coating with mill coat material or customer required coating on the external surface of used or long storage tubular.
