The 38th and 40th Streets Water and Wastewater Pipeline Renewal Project will replace approximately 2,650 linear feet of water mains and 2,610 linear feet of wastewater piping in the area bounded by 38th, 39th, and 40th streets along with Red River and IH-35.Threeway Steel Water program dedicated to replacing aging and deteriorating pipes throughout the city. Frequent water line breaks are well documented in this area, showing these pipes should be replaced, and we are pleased to bring stronger infrastructure to the neighborhood as we prepare for the needs of the future.
