Since the cost of the process used in welding is relatively low, and the production processes of forging steel, extrusion, rolling, and drawing steel can all be manufactured, and the specifications are also determined, it provides a wide range of applications possibility. It is understood that although it is now in the traditional peak season of consumption in the steel market, downstream and terminal demand are difficult to release significantly, and the consumption capacity of longitudinal electric welded steel pipes is weak, resulting in a lack of favorable supporting factors for prices. With the recent arrival of new resources on the market, the irregularity of specifications in some regions has eased slightly. Merchants with relatively sufficient supply are still focusing on shipments, while merchants with low inventory mostly choose to wait and see for the time being. Fortunately, the current shortage of liquidity in the straight seam electric welded steel pipe market is not high, and it has not yet formed a major repressive effect on the price trend. For the longitudinal electric welded steel pipe market, how the price develops will eventually return to the actual demand level. And considering that the recent market transactions are still tepid, I am afraid that prices still have downside risks, but the magnitude will not be very large.
