In the construction sequence of steel pipe piles, we should first grasp all aspects of the project for comprehensive consideration and analysis, such as construction machinery, construction period, design requirements, geomorphological environment, project volume, layout, steel pipe pile specifications and characteristics, and geological conditions. and other aspects.

1. Steel pipe piles need to be properly stacked.
The stacking site is required to be flat to ensure that large vehicles can enter directly. For low-lying areas of the site, ballast or track wood needs to be laid under the supporting points for manual reinforcement, and drainage ditches need to be dug around the site. When stacking steel pipe piles, they need to be stacked according to the specifications of the steel pipe piles to facilitate transportation. When stacking the fulcrums, it is necessary to ensure that the steel pipe piles do not deform. In addition, the steel pipe piles stacked on site should be placed within the lifting range of the pile driver. Since the steel pipe piles are lifted during hoisting, the pile tops of all steel pipe piles need to face the pile foundation and be arranged according to the piling sequence.

2. In terms of placing the steel pipe piles in place, move the pile driver to the pile position. If a few positions need to be adjusted, a rotating pile driver can be used to adjust them.
Before lifting the steel pipe pile, a comprehensive inspection of the appearance of the steel pipe pile should be carried out. Special attention should be paid to the ovality of the steel pipe pile and the squareness of the end face of the H-shaped steel pipe pile. Detailed records need to be kept after the inspection, and the steel pipe pile can only be lifted after it is confirmed to be qualified. When hoisting steel pipe piles, it is necessary to insert the top of the steel pipe pile into the pile cap, align the bottom of the pile with the lime line, and then insert it correctly. The periphery of the H-shaped steel pipe pile is rectangular, and there are azimuth requirements for the layout of the piles. It is necessary to ensure that both longitudinal and transverse directions are correctly inserted; for the right-angle direction presented by the front and side of the pile driver, the guide rod can be vertically aligned through two theodolite Monitor the pile body, pile cap, and pile hammer to form a vertical line.

3. Factors affecting the driving accuracy of steel pipe piles.
Affected by the weight of the steel pipe pile, the lower pile can slowly sink into the soil through its weight. This self-sinking situation should be controlled so that the self-sinking situation is in a slow progress state, and hammering work is carried out after ensuring stability. In the initial stage, the use of hammering operations can easily lead to the condition of the diesel hammer being difficult to burn and dry driving. Therefore, during this period, the quality of the pile sinking needs to be tracked and observed at any time. If any abnormality is found, measures should be taken in time to correct it. If the situation is serious, The steel pipe piles should be pulled out and re-inserted, and forced measures should be taken to make the steel pipe piles sink along the predetermined trajectory.
