1. Hot Rolling Process for High-Pressure Seamless Steel Pipes: The hot rolling process involves heating the round tube billet to a certain temperature, followed by piercing. The next step involves three-roll cross-rolling, continuous rolling, or extrusion. This is followed by tube removal and sizing. After cooling to form the billet, the billet is straightened and, after a hydrostatic test, marked and stored.

2. Cold Drawing Process for High-Pressure Seamless Steel Pipes: Again, the round tube billet is heated to a piercing temperature and pierced. It then undergoes heading, annealing, pickling, and copper plating. The next step is cooling, which involves multiple cooling steps. The billet is then heat-treated and straightened. It also undergoes a hydrostatic test before being marked and stored.
