Plastic-coated steel pipes are composed of a core tube rent reduction layer, fastening steel belt, air layer, insulation layer, reflective layer, sliding bracket, outer protective steel pipe, sprayed polyurethane, and surrounding entangled fiberglass. They are characterized by high strength, not easy to damage, and can withstand large upper loads.
1. A special reamer should be used for plastic-lined pipes to chamfer 1/2 of the thickness of the plastic-lined layer, and the chamfer slope should be 10°-15°.
2. Use a fine file to polish the metal burrs through the pipe port after cutting;
3. The coating of the plastic-coated steel pipe is intact at the port, and a whittling knife should be used to cut it into an inward chamfer; if the port is damaged, it must be repaired until the coating is completely free of cracks;
4. Cotton waste silk and brushes should be used to clean the oil, water, and metal cutting at the pipe end and inside the pipe during cleaning.
5. After rolling grooves, the plastic coating layer in the raised part of the groove will be damaged and must be repaired until the coating surface is smooth and there are no cracks or damaged points on the whole;
