Bending forming method: There are three commonly used methods, one method is called the stretching method, the other method is called the stamping method, and the third method is the roller method that everyone is more familiar with. There are 3-4 rollers, two fixed rollers, and one adjustment method. Roll, adjust the fixed roll distance, and the finished pipe is bent. This method is widely used, and if the spiral tube is produced, the curvature can also be increased.

Bulging method: one is to place rubber in the tube and compress it with a punch to make the tube protrude into shape; the other method is hydraulic bulging, filling the middle of the tube with liquid, and bulging the tube into the desired shape by liquid pressure, most of the production of bellows we commonly use is this method.


In short, pipe fittings are widely used and have a wide variety. Japanese production methods are all licensed, and some pipe-fitting production methods and processes have been patented. There are many pipe fitting patents, most of which are combined processing. There is a big gap in the processing of pipe fittings in my country. For example, three-way and four-way used bicycles have been inflated and formed in foreign countries as early as four or five years ago, and Chinese manufacturers may still use welding methods. People hardly know this kind of thing, and it is difficult to accept new things. Even if there is, manufacturers are not necessarily willing to change this process. my country's development of cast iron drainage pipes and other pipe fittings is very slow and relatively backward. Stainless steel pipe fittings are a kind of pipe fittings. They are made of stainless steel, so they are called stainless steel pipe fittings. They include stainless steel elbow, stainless steel tee, stainless steel cross, stainless steel reducer, stainless steel pipe cap, etc. It is divided into four categories: socket-type stainless steel pipe fittings, threaded stainless steel pipe fittings, flanged stainless steel pipe fittings, and welded stainless steel pipe fittings.
