The difference between 3pe anti-corrosion steel pipe and 2pe anti-corrosion steel pipe is: there is no epoxy powder at the junction of 2pe anti-corrosion and steel pipe, there is epoxy powder at the junction of 3pe anti-corrosion and steel pipe, the thickness of 3pe anti-corrosion and 2pe anti-corrosion is the same,


3pe anti-corrosion steel pipe thickness and anti-corrosion layer data:


The first layer of epoxy powder is greater than 100Um

The second layer of adhesive, (AD) 170-250um.

The third layer of polyethylene (PE) is 1.8-3.7mm.

3pe anti-corrosion executive standard: SY/T0413-2002 technical standard for polyethylene anti-corrosion coating for buried steel pipelines, GB/T23257-2009 technical standard for polyethylene anti-corrosion coating for buried steel pipelines


2pe anti-corrosion thickness and layers:
