What should we pay attention to when using oil casing for corrosion protection

(1) When we use oil casing to transport water, we should ensure that the water quality is qualified during use, and the water quality must be qualified during use, and the sewage should be cleaned and injected during discharge. During use, we should strengthen the cleaning of the main water pipeline to ensure that there are no corrosive substances inside the pipeline after the oil casing is used. (2) For the water injection wells that have been put into production, we should add some annular protection fluid to the inside for protection when we use it, and this method of adding protection fluid regularly should become a principle. We should regularly add it to the oil casing. Only in this way can we ensure that the oil casing can be used for a long time during use.

(3) When using oil casing, there will be mechanical scratches, which will affect the corrosion resistance of the oil casing and accelerate the corrosion of the oil casing. It is recommended to add a rubber ring on the oil pipe coupling during use, so as to reduce the corrosion of the oil casing.
